Welcome to Ghantagram. These terms are the agreement between you and Ghantagram for using our app and website.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Ghantagram, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, be a real person with a valid mobile number, and provide accurate locality information.
Your account
You verify your account with a one-time code. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your number secure.
Communities
Communities may be public or private. Private communities are invite-only and hidden from public discovery. Owners and admins are responsible for their community rules, invitations and moderation actions, subject to Ghantagram's safety rules.
Polls
Polls are lightweight neighbourhood signals, not formal votes or emergency tools. Ghantagram may show aggregate poll results, but individual voter identity is not public.
Community guidelines
Do not post spam, scams, harassment, threats, abuse, fake information, impersonation, unlawful content, hateful material, or misleading poll/community content.
Content and moderation
You own your content, and Ghantagram may host it to operate the service. Reported Bells, comments, profiles or communities may be hidden pending review, and accounts or communities may be restricted for violations.
Service availability
Ghantagram is not an emergency service. In an emergency, contact local authorities directly.
