Delete your Ghantagram account
This page is the external account-deletion resource for the Ghantagram Android app. You can delete your account immediately inside the app or submit a request here if you no longer have access to it.
Delete inside the app
- Open Ghantagram and sign in.
- Open Profile, then Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the warning and confirm Delete my account.
In-app deletion verifies you through your active session and is the fastest option.
Request deletion on the web
Enter the email address used for your Ghantagram account. To protect your account, we will contact that address to verify the request before deleting it.
What happens to your data
- We delete the authentication account and active profile details, including the account email and optional phone number.
- Associated Bells, comments, messages, votes, Ring Backs, follows, saves, Community memberships, notification tokens and uploaded account media are removed or de-identified from active systems.
- We may retain the deletion request itself and limited security, anti-abuse, moderation or legally required records for only as long as necessary.
- De-identified aggregate analytics and temporary backup copies may remain through normal provider retention cycles, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
